• In this PR i have implemented srotg main function in C but with 4 arguments

void c_srotg( float a, float b, float* Out, const CBLAS_INT strideOut );

do i hardcode the value of stride value to 1 and pass just 3 args instead of 4 ?

Javascript implementation is:

var out = srotg( a, b );

Hi @kgryte, a small doubt i have just implemented srotg.assign function's C implementation in this PR..... Do i have to implement C implementation of srotg and srotg.assign as two different function same as ndarray implementation?
