Resolves #8268 .

Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

  • introduces the whileAsync utility, which provides an asynchronous loop mechanism that repeatedly invokes a given function (fcn) while a predicate condition remains true. The control flow continues asynchronously, ensuring non-blocking execution and clean callback handling. [skip benchmarks]
