In open source or padawan wallet projects, it's important to establish clear guidelines and expectations for contributors to ensure that the community is inclusive, welcoming, and productive. Two important files that help achieve this are CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.
So i feel to add this into the Project. So created the PR for the same @thunderbiscuit sir, Can you please review the PR #244 also let me know if i need to change anything.
