Add CI test for iOS build

It'd be good to add an initial CI run that would at least test the build of the iOS app.

I was thinking for a first workflow to just making sure the app builds, but if we decide we want unit tests later on I'm not opposed to that either.

I finished the initial pipeline that checks if the app builds.
Do u think unit tests would be necessary at this point? Or should we leave that for later?
