Another lesson that would be awesome is on Coin Control.
This lesson should teach users the UTXO-based model, why it is emulating cash in a digital form. Also how having control over them can benefit their privacy on a public ledger and why it's important. The importance of labeling most of their UTXOs and spend them cautiously without mixing them with others that should not according to them.
