LE Audio: Add additional verification of CAP/GMAP AC shell commands

Is your enhancement proposal related to a problem? Please describe.
The CAP and GMAP AC (audio configuration) commands use the default presets (with additional configuration possible). However some of these may mismatch, such as using AC_1 with multiple audio channels in a single stream.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either the AC should override the preconfigured values, or it should reject the command.
