Describe the bug
The sensortile_box_pro official board does not include hts221 humidity sensor, which was instead present only on few initial prototypes.

To Reproduce
If you run https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/blob/main/samples/boards/sensortile_box_pro/sensors-on-board/README.rst sample it will stop when accessing hys221.
