I'm not exactly sure what is causing the problem, but I will point it out so that you know that it might be an issue, and maybe others might be able to help more.
After several days just going about my business, my mesh core node ends up disconnected and the app can no longer find it at all when I press scan. I reboot the node and still no luck. I try forgetting the node and scanning again and still no luck. I'm just doing my daily things, walking in and out of range of the node as I go about my day.

Edit: If I factory reset the node, I can use it again for several days until this happens again.
