Deux ans après un premier album remarqué, le trio 100% féminin GRANDMA’S ASHES revient avec BRUXISM, deuxième opus aux sonorités New Wave et Grunge, guidées par le besoin de porter toujours plus haut une parole enragée et engagée.

Réalisé en compagnie du canadien Jesse Gander (connu pour son travail sur les albums de Brutus), BRUXISM parvient à conserver l’identité Alternative Goth Rock du groupe français, tout en la faisant évoluer avec des morceaux plus directs, davantage taillés pour le live.

Les textes, quant à eux, permettent au trio de pousser un véritable cri d’alarme, en traitant de sujets très actuels tels que la santé mentale et la solitude, qui touchent de plus en plus notre société.

Grâce à BRUXISM, GRANDMA’S ASHES passe incontestablement un cap, et s’affirme encore plus comme une sorte de version Grunge et Gothique de l’immense Kate Bush.
