would be lovely if during war and emergency the industries critical to life and society were not allowed to profit, or have more profit than the last 4 quarters average. And were not allowed to issue dividends or splits. Or bonuses. Or layoffs.

but we all know that war is just an excuse worn over the incessant need for profit.
