You can use NTLite to set up local accounts during installation, skip the OOBE, remove TPM requirements, strip down some of the bloat, and disable some of the tracking. You can have it include driver packs and updates too. All I have to do after installation is log in, domain join if necessary, and set up user accounts.

Its similar to trading card grading if you’re familiar with that. You send it out to the company who inspects it, gives it a score and then seals it in a hard plastic container.

If you currently have a Windows 10 machine, you can use NT Lite to edit the win11 iso. You can remove some of the bloatware, turn off some of the annoying features, and disable the tpm and secure boot requirements entirely.

I microdosed for about 6 months and didn’t have any negative effects after stopping personally, but I used a different dosing schedule. I dosed every three days. The idea for that is to have a microdose day, an afterglow day, and finally a baseline day before repeating. I found this helpful both for tolerance, and also so you can compare your mood and experience to baseline even while you’re still on the regimen.
