My gaming friend group is 8 or 9 people. When you want to hang out digitally, you just jump in our discord and see who is currently playing. You jump in the channel, join the conversation. If the others are currently in a match that can’t be hot joined, someone will put on a stream for you, so you can watch and have an easier time joining the conversation.

Sometimes a friend is playing a game that you don’t own or they want to show you. Easily done with a stream. Streaming on Discord is very useful to us.

Not familiar with the specific law in question, but for a lot of laws intent and knowledge at the time of crime matter. Eg the difference between manslaughter and murder is a difference in attitude.

I could plausibly see that in this case there is not enough evidence to determine what the mind set was, while the physical action still undoubtedly took place.

Eg in Germany showing the Nazi salute or displaying a swastika are illegal, except for artistic or educational purposes. A case could be constructed in which a defendants intent when showing either the gesture or the symbol could not be clearly deduced. This not enough evidence exists wether a crime was committed, even though the physical action that would constitute the crime undoubtedly happened.

This is just not true. Nuclear plants receive subsidies in the US and most European countries. The big exception being Germany, where the current government tried to reenter nuclear energy production, but they could find any private sector partners that wanted to build new plants without significant subsidies.

Subsidies for nuclear plants are usually payed out during construction and decommission of plants, but that’s still subsidies.

Unless the food contains uncooked dairy (milk, cream etc) or eggs (home made mayo) it can usually stay in a covered dish over night without refrigeration. It was the same at my parents house, except for fish and meat dishes.

Never had a food borne illness from my own cooking, my parents’ or the left overs.
