3·8 days agoi gave all my friends pcs , perk of the job they all run mint . my friends parents pc was win10 and borked , asked them what they need pc for , web browser . mint . i dont even ask hahha . no complaints , my one friend thought it was windows.

i think i used 1 . add repoistory under settings not addons. ill check later on my tv which one i have. stremio addons work as well.
side note . if you like stremio try nuvio . it works 10x better for me . looks like a fork.

Mint is a good choice. It just works.
1·2 months agoi like the idea of this OS but it seems overly complicated. i run a few apps and a script to remove copiolet and other stuff.
oh maybe , i dont use brave or ios , just know you can watch youtube videos in brave with no ads.
Brave browser has built in adblocking .

no you won’t … its so easy to install.
so much yes. I just got mine a few days ago and I love it so much.
GrapheneOS has sandboxed play services that you can easily install to make sure apps work. my banking app only works with play store services so I installed them and set them to zero permissions. You can also make a second profile with nothing installed and switch when you need those apps. MicroG has never worked for me on any phone.
I just got a Pixel 9a and put GrapheneOS on it straight away . my battery with my current usage says 4 days hahah. my old phone was 1 day maybe. I loose my phone around the house , my friends know I don’t text back for awhile.
ya that’s true. I use multiple other things as well. Script to remove copilot and i forget how i got rid of Onedrive. Its a constant battle.
I just put my friends 80+ year old parents on Linux Mint with no issues so far. you can do it!! … why are you switching back ?
