How to port a fax number to Dropbox Fax

If you want to port your fax number over to Dropbox Fax, you need to check if it’s eligible.

To check if your fax number is eligible to port over to Dropbox Fax:

1. Log in to your Dropbox Fax account.
2. Click Teams.
3. Click Port numbers.
4. Enter your fax number.
5. Click Port to Dropbox Fax.

If your number is eligible, you’ll receive an email telling you what to do next. Follow the prompts to proceed with porting your fax number to Dropbox Fax.

If your number isn’t eligible, you’ll see an error message.
