You can strip the leather off of the saddle and then recover it like @JoeByeThen@hexbear.net said. That's by far the best option, and not as expensive to do as you might think, especially if you use some scrap material to do it. Maybe old jeans?
I guess I'm worried about the seat rotting from the inside or something
