I assume the two parties that performed well have some policy this guy doesn't like? Is it just a bland sort of "Lets get everyone to the negotiation table and work out a ceasefire"?
It's not even that, it's more like "we should be neutral in not our war" and if they feel especially bold it's "let's maybe not fuck up our countries by throwing our entire economies to US"
