As for a China green card, it's one of the most difficult in the world to get. If you're a Ph.D. in AI research you can get one. Or a very highly paid professional job that pays a ton of taxes. Or after five years of marriage to a PRC citizen and continuous residence you can get one, if you buy an apartment (outright with cash or have a mortgage completely paid off and banks don't like to give loans to foreigners because too many up and leave.)

From posted requirements, and what I have seen people get away with, permanent residence via academics isn't quite that difficult to obtain. I'd guess the barrier is around a STEM masters, or a high tech/critical STEM bachelors degree in terms of education. I think the barriers on the K visa are lower than that, but I haven't checked recently.

Is there a method to report a whole user, or do a modmail independent of a report on a single comment? There is a hexbear user that is very obviously a troll from one of the instances, but their most obvious comments are in communities that are external to hexbear, and I don't know if reports would get to the right people.

I'm not confident either way. We have previously seen sources like that guy make stuff up to win on betting sites, and I have not seen any other sources backing it up so far. The single image thats been posted a few times has only been posted by less reliable sources so far, and I don't fully trust it. The silence on both sides is arguably the most interesting part, the operation happened hours ago and nobody has claimed anything yet.
