Keep in mind that all shipping prices include handling fee, picking/packing fees and the costs of the shipping boxes. The warehouse crew needs to make a living too :)

For Brazil orders we DEMAND you add your CPF number and phone number to the order, otherwise your package will return to us or destroyed at your post office.

Orders without your CPF number that are lost will not be refunded and can only be sent again if you place a completely new order including your CPF number. Orders that are sent back to us in good condition can only be sent again after you pay for shipping and supplying your CPF number. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms.
Return Policy
Please contact us within 20 working days after purchase to discuss a return. Slightly damaged goods will not be refunded or accepted. Nor production errors; we have tested our test pressings extensively.
Apparel cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

Bandcamp Trader Policy: Because Hiraeth Records is registered as a trader, eligible items shipped to the EU and UK have at least a 14-day return policy. More info.

If you choose to exercise your right to withdraw (e.g., request a refund and/or return), you must do that within 14 days of receiving the item.

For physical items:

  • You must provide proof of receipt before the withdrawal can be processed.
  • The buyer must cover the cost of the return, unless the seller (artist or label, in this case) offers to pay for return shipping.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging. If the item arrives sealed, it must be returned sealed. All inserts, manuals, etc., must be included. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that everything is packed safely and securely and arrives undamaged.
  • The returned item must be in like-new condition. If the item has been used or damaged, the artist or label can deduct the depreciation from the refunded amount, even if the damage was done during return shipping.
  • This right to return does not extend to custom-made physical products and perishable goods, unless otherwise specified by the artist or label.
  • After requesting the withdrawal/return, the item must be shipped within 14 days. If that deadline is missed, the withdrawal request will be considered closed.

For digital items:

  • The item cannot have been downloaded.
