Did the 3 month deal through an influencer discount code, all ok but can’t say I really noticed any improvement in my IBS-D.. trouble began when I was offered by email a 20% off deal on the small travel bottles which I thought great, I’m going away in October, would be handy! But it wasn’t an easy add and I reached out via email, customer service wasn’t able to successfully help so eventually I was told I could ring. Great I thought! No answer the 3/4 times I rang.. so I then reached out via WhatsApp. They said I could have the 20% off bottles added to my subscription but because it’s a separate order ( although it’s being sent with my monthly subscription ) it’ll be £3.99 postage which brings it to original price and yet if I was to add myself at full price it’ll be free delivery! Does not make sense.. so shocking customer service. Shame. I used SYMPROVE about 6 years ago and there was always a friendly voice on the end of the phone.
EDIT: Apparently the person on WhatsApp didn’t read my message correctly and thought I wanted a separate purchase which would incur a postage charge

My negative review is about the delivery only - the product is great. It is a great pity that such a good and high end product should use a terrible delivery company. I put in the order for a three month supply on 24th August with 2-3 day delivery - this never arrived. I rang and complained and Customer Service said another order was on its way and would arrive in 1-2 days - it never arrived. I rang again today - 7th September - and apparently another order has now been sent with 1-2 day delivery with a different courier, however, instead of 3 months supply, only 1 month's supply has been sent. Not the service I would expect.

Symprove was recommended to me by my NHS health practioner, I feel that their product does make a difference to my condition, and I like that it is a natural product. I have felt that the company symprove have been excellent to communicate with as there has been times when I have needed to paused subscription if I have been in hospital or away and they are happy to help with helpful real people at the end of the phone like wise if I ever need to alter the delivery date symprove have been very accommodating. Symprove has helped me control my health condition, and symprove have helped by being the type of company that cares, making the process of buying or subscribing stressless, so yes for me the whole shopping experience and product have been a very pleasant experience. whether you are managing a health condition on your own or with health practioner give it a try and buy with confidence you won't be disappointed on product or customer care.

I would have to say "the jury is still out". I have Parkinson's and I suffer badly from constipation. I used many techniques to try and improve my lifestyle. I believe that if am able to improve my gut health I will have a positive effect on my other symptoms.

So far I cannot feel any improvement or any negative impact. My constipation has not changed. I've been taking Symprove for 3 months now.

I like it, it's great.

When I called Symprove to enquire about the product they were really helpful and polite and the 4 bottles arrived almost immediately. The packaging is really good and the bottles are a really easy size to transport if necessary.
I started drinking the delicious strawberry and raspberry liquid a few weeks ago and I definitely feel better for it.

I have been taking Symprove since January 2025, and it has helped with my symptoms of diverticular disease. After 12 months I did gradually reduce from the recommended daily dose of 70ml to 40ml but my DD symptoms returned. I gradually returned to 70ml and my left sided pain, bloating and cramps resolved. I intend to stick to 70mls.

Bob delivered an informative and engaging presentation that I found both enjoyable and beneficial. The session was clear, relevant, and provided useful insights. Having personal experience of supporting people who struggle with gut health issues, I found it particularly helpful in understanding some of the possible causes and how Symprove may help.

I am also interested to see what future research into menopause and gut health concludes, as it could have implications for a great many people, including myself. My only concern is the cost of the product, particularly if long-term or ongoing use is required.

Having had terrible Gastritis, since taking Symprove my digestive system has been getting back on track and l am feeling much better . I have more energy and l am sleeping much better.
