On his debut Elastics release, co-founder INGI presents persona non grata - the label’s first three-track EP.

Inspired by his recent transition to improvisational, hardware-focused production, INGI delivers two tracks that journey between the bright and dark corners of experimental club music. This release marks the start of a series of live shows that will be taking place across the year.

Aquilane springs gracefully through plains of static, mutating bass lines and scattered drums patterns that gradually swell to a euphoric release. In contrast persona non grata is a moody, sub-rattling roller that spirals through vocal fragments and glitchy percussion with driving force. In their duality, they both pay tribute to the blue hours of night turning into morning.

Following the conclusion of Ratios - their four part release on Houndstooth Records - label-favourite Wordcolour joins the release with a remix of the title track. In this broody and psychedelic rework, they carve out an enchanting and otherworldly space, something both soft and menacing.
