The idea is pretty cool. It’s like one of those platformers where the lava rises but instead you have to descend quickly. The movement could use a little more polish to feel better, but the concept is solid. Great work! I got a score of 343.

very cool idea

Really cool!! One of my favorite uses of the game jam theme so far. Great job!

Nice little gameplay loop of dodging things and platforming. The theme is very well represented: The count goes down while the time runs out.  My main suggestion would be to improve the contrast between some of the foreground and background pieces. That helps navigating through the space.

A bit difficult, but looks good and plays good. Well done.

Pretty cool idea, can get tense trying to go down as fast as possible. Some auditory cues when you're getting hurt would be nice, I didn't realize I lost so much health for quite a bit

cool game. The palette of the assets are a bit same-y leading to hard to differentiate between things. also only starting the sun after the player moves would be a nice touch.

I like that you've managed to both work the "Count down" pun and the actual sun as a sort of "countdown" into the game premise!

Great work :)

Why is he not a disco ball while in the sun, I though Twilight movies were documentaries...

The difficulty curve in this game is perfection!

cool game. but well it just felt that the sun was too fast for me I just panicked and ran into the windows or fire or spikes for no reason

Submitted

cool idea. i like how sunlight doesn't kill you immediately, giving you a chance to keep going

Submitted

Great concept! I liked the light beams coming in from the windows.

Cool idea, although I got overwhelmed by finding lots of traps everywhere since the beginning

The traps and enemies and falling light zone remind me of having so much fun with the Tower of Sarek in Trine. Cool stuff!

I like it a lot ! Cute sprite, and i had fun rushing. The light mechanic is a cool idea as well. I'm not sure if i didn't found it but i wish i had some kind of attack.

But overall cool game

Cool Game. It could use some visual clarity. It was hard to differentiate what's important and what's not, especially when you're trying to do everything fast.

The game was pretty hard. The art was great and the concept's pretty funny, but you could've added more sfx. For example, it's pretty hard to tell when a door is opening/is open, or you could've added it for when you take damage.
