Year 196. The Han is a shadow. China is a map of rival houses — and you already hold one.

Three Kingdoms Reimagined is a living warlord campaign set across a multi-faction China. Take Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Lu Bu, or a house of your own. Lead a physical host, fight real mass battles, and watch named officers earn memories, traits, and destinies from the war you actually fight.

Take the seat

Choose a landed house on day one. Rival banners are already moving, and every province is a decision: hold the corridor, answer a siege, feed the army, or push for the next capital.

Lead the host

When the banners meet, you command from the field. Give orders by role, keep formations together, read morale, time charges, breach gates, and carry on when command changes hands.

Write their names

Officers begin with identity, reputation, and motives. The campaign writes the rest. Pivotal memories, earned traits, and campaign epithets record what they survive — who they were, what happened, and what they became.
