Cincinnati City Council unanimously approves Plan Hyde Park, a long-term vision guiding future development, safety, and growth in Hyde Park.

I wonder if it’ll be good or bad in the long run. Piecemeal regs by neighborhood might be targeted or they might be abused by NIMBYs who oppose any kind of development.

    I have no faith in HP not to be all NIMBY about everything personally. Those people have their little enclave they paid a mint to get into and don’t want to change that.
