Edit: interesting how everyone assumes I mean relationships. I was trying to be vague. It could mean for siblings, for instance
Zero. Both people must be born on the same day of the same year. Otherwise, it’s creepy.
Also, everyone needs to have a DNA test at birth for comparison to potential partners to ensure at least ten degrees of consanguinity. Otherwise, it’s incest.

I actually had a roommate once who met a guy born in the same hospital on the same day and year as her. They were from Harare Zimbabwe
Up to three, with the following exceptions: Four is not acceptable. Neither is two, except if the next largest number happens to be a three. Five is right out.
Also acceptable are prime numbers divisible by a previously mentioned number.

Any age gap can be fine as long as both parties consent and neither are creepy people. (Consent includes being able to legally consent, i.e not a minor)
That said, anything more than 3 years already opens up a little bit of maturity gap, which increases with a growing age gap.
BUT - people with age gap of 0 years can still have massive maturity gaps, or gaps in interests. Having an age gap relationship may therefore be just as likely to open your relationship to those problems as having a 0 age gap relationship.
0-3 years. 0 is ideal, but three is close enough.
ETA sorry I didn’t see what community this was. Please let me revise. Any prime number. 1,2,3,5,7,11,13, up to 43.
1is not a prime number!
That always make me sad.
- Maybe 5.
Minutes.
You may not like it, but twins are the ideal couple.
Romer, so 15 million years.
I don’t know why everyone else is keeping the amount of years so low.
Like beyond two years is creepy?
That’s not even a blip in my view.+2 years between each of my mistresses.
It keeps the conversations interesting whenever I hop from one to the next.OP your edit makes your question more confusing. Of course everyone will assume they mean relationships. Sure it could mean siblings technically but you should know better. If you’re intentionally being vague on context then it creates so many variables that you won’t get the conversation you’re probably hoping to have. I suggest either being more specific or explicitly stating that you’re being vague so people feel more free to think outside the box.
But I am drunk and maybe I’m just not reading your post correctly lol
Perhaps it’s due to my autism, communication gets fuzzy sometimes. I thought by asking a vague question in this sub, people would recognize it’s meant to be vague and open to many interpretations. Like asking “what would you do?” Without any context or elaboration. But it seems neurotypical people make a lot of assumptions and add context sometimes.
Yeah you’re precisely right. Neurotypical people usually tend to take things without context and assume it’s related to whatever is the current hot topic to them.
depends on age, at 18 anything beyond a year or two gets creepy.
at almost 40, women in their 20 give me the ick. like I see them as kids. I respect them as people, some of the people I respect the most are some women in their 20s because they are badass as fuck, but when it comes to seeing them as potential partners? fuck no, gross.
At least 25-30 years older, and then post thousands of topics asking if it’s weird, if it’s hot, if you would, if you wouldn’t, if anyone you know would, if anyone you have ever known or will ever know has or has not dated someone 30 years younger, etc (make sure to repeat these steps ad nauseum.)
