Legal Answers
74 Questions Answered
Q. Should I file for bankruptcy during divorce in Missouri to fairly resolve debt? A: This is not an easy question to answer. Realistically a good answer would require at minimum a complete review of your divorce case including all debts and assets and speaking to a bankruptcy attorney. Quite simply neither a divorce nor a bankruptcy should be done without an attorney.
Q. What are my rights in Missouri for homeownership and child visitation? A: More information will be required to answer each of your questions. You will need to speak to an experienced attorney you have rights and will need an attorney to use them.
Q. How to transfer guardianship from Alaska to Missouri? A: This is a probate law question not family law at least in Missouri all guardianship's are done through the probate division of the court. Realistically you will need to consult with a probate attorney about this and the requirements for registering and administrating a guardianship in Missouri.
