Move over, my friends are here.

Every American who agrees with you needs to VOTE IN THE PRIMARY ELECTIONS at a minimum, or you’ll continue to see the same incumbents in the generals. Bonus: not as many people vote in the primaries so your vote “counts” even more.
And if you’re in a deep red state, I encourage voting in the Republican primary with the goal of harm reduction. Plus, you could LARP as an anthropomorphic version of a QVC July 4th surplus blowout sale, in order to blend in.
Don’t forget “thugs”

Can’t believe this isn’t the top comment.

Yep. Pixel 7P over here really bummed that this isn’t available because of poor choices Google made at the hardware level on this phone.

Goddamn it, we’ve just invented trains again.

panopticon
Great word choice.

Maybe he needs to go be a politician in Israel then because I’d prefer that he “fight like hell” for the US at the moment.

Have you tried switching your feed to sort by active?

Nice try, Master Chef contestant.

Ugh, such a fantastic show. Perfect balance of comedy and drama.
You’ve got a good point.
I would murder for a great mobile port of Rimworld.

I love the specificity of Mexican beer.

You’re right about the need to organize locally, but I don’t think it applies in this context, given local movements can realistically impact state and federal politics at a slow pace at the best of times (which is usually ok–they’re local organizations, after all).
It’s frustrating to find a lack of mechanisms to affect URGENT change to the federal government without the benefit of time, legal consistency, privacy, powerful allies, money and resources, (I could go on for ages).
I just put OpenWRT on a Google Wi-Fi puck. It’s been great so far.
