Isn’t OP an anarchist?
Bruh if I had the choice between working, or raising My baby full time for the same pay, I’d pick the baby. And I hate babies! They’re annoying and needy, that’s why I prefer adoption. But it’s a baby, it deserves to be looked after. And it’s a better feeling to create a person than making the boss rich.
Fun fact: the male equivalent of a gynecologist is a urologist. I know because a urologist chopped My twig and berries off.
If only Calvin had played D&D
No, I’m a shapeshifter goddess. I might have turned into a battle droid once. I often turn into My partner’s kinks
My partner is into battle droids
I’m a conservative and I hate liberals.
I’m an Australian anarchist and I want to return to the good old days of the Aboriginal gift economy and traditional land management. I hate neoliberals for supporting capitalism.
Here in Australia the grasslands were maintained before colonisation with fire. If you burn in cool weather when there’s a bit of moisture in the plants but not too much, you get a cool fire that doesn’t burn the trees but clears away the bushes and scrub.
Gods are like money. They only exist because people believe in them. But they can still have an effect on the world because of how that belief works. For example, I think money makes people more selfish. Money creates billionaires and drives them to run sweatshops and bribe politicians. Money made the oil industry, money is destroying the world.
Do you believe money is capable of agency, of changing people’s behaviour, like I do? Or do you think it’s just people acting on their own based on their belief in money, and money itself isn’t making any of the decisions?
They’re not human. Their minds work very differently to human minds.
Well then you believe in all the gods. Elohim, Thor, Ra, etc. right?
The idea of a god is a god. Jesus actually exists, He’s a psychological parasite living in the collective imagination of humanity. And He influences the world through His followers, who are sworn to serve Him.
Then how come I can see iris above the pupil in the bottom pic but not the top?
Good girl!
How come the cat’s eyes are pointing two different directions?
I’m playing a Troubadour and I can pump out a lot of recoveries, but only in a limited range. Which is nice, because when we’re getting our asses kicked and Leeroy starts hitting the “I need healing” button, I can tell them “I’m not coming to you, I’m running away. You need to come to Me.” And then they do. And then we don’t tpk!
Also, he’s a huge realist 🤮
The biggest problem with the book is that Dawkins demonstrates that the gods are living, evolving ideas which have developed over time to the point of being able to exert agency on the world… And then remains an atheist. Instead of concluding, as Terry Pratchett liked to joke, that the gods are alien intelligences created by humans through worship.
If that’s true, how did Olympus mons get there in the first place? I thought it was a volcano.
I love the rust compiler, it makes debugging so easy
