They could pay their 300 associates (if they were all full time) an extra $3/hour for 20 years and it would be the same as building a new Walmart every 20 years.
The capitalist class has forgotten hard earned lessons.
They have forgotten that we got things like 40 hour work week, 8 hour work days, paid days off, holidays, sick time, minimum wage, overtime, etc. because the workers would bust into Management’s homes, and beat them to death in front of their families.
It looks like we may need to revive that strategy.
I feel like they are going to learn the wrong one.
Get ready for pocket-less uniforms, paid for by the employee, and mandatory pat-downs before entering the workplace.
