I’ve often been surprised that there hasn’t been more of this sort of thing, with the wealth inequalities so glaring. Like homeless/downtrodden people get disruptive, but they seem to mostly just inconvenience the slightly less poor people most often – occupying public parks for tent encampments etc. Those tent encampments are often frowned on because they usually have higher rates of violence and criminal elements, which impacts the slightly less poor neighbours of those public parks. That sort of energy would seem much more effective directed elsewhere.
Maybe it’ll become a thing like the Breaking Bad pizza house. Tourists will visit Altman’s house to re-enact the original molotov incident.
What if they coordinated and all did it at the same time, from different angles, to get better coverage?

I’m surprised someone hasn’t home built a bomb drone yet and then open sourced the design to let others do it. It can’t be that hard to 3d print some parts and put something together. Cheap drones could really be the equalizer that the people use.

If you want a quadcopter type drone, just get one with a toggleable light, and wire the light switch to a motor that pulls the pin and drops a grenade. That’s how they do it in Ukraine.
I think a flying wing could carry a better payload. A grenade isn’t going to do much against a house.
You would not want innocent casualties, thats what governments do.
Depends on how you define damage. Structural damage? Probably not much. None of the frag is big enough to compromise anything load supporting. The blast pressure isn’t that much of an issue either, it will get absorbed by the drywall and released by windows. Financial damage though? You’re looking at replacing flooring, fixtures, walls, windows, and an inspection (and possible replacement) of electrical, gas, and plumbing systems.

A typical hand grenade is anti-personnel. It works through blast pressure and fragmentation. It doesn’t do much damage to structures.

new homes in general are fucking trash, but they will literally frame out a structural interior wall on 24in centers. that means a stud every 2 feet instead of 16 inches. all that holding up 4 tons of sheetrock, plaster, two floors, a roof, and all your shitty ikea furniture. that shit may fly in some regions, but not in my house.
I’ve seen rich people fake out a LVL with a couple 2x10s and drywall over it to make it look “bigger”. because the cost of a LVL was a couple thousand more.
I’ve seen rich people cut through their floor joists to install the drain to their indoor sauna.

I always laugh when I see all these celebrity homes selling for millions when I know it’s hot glued and scotch taped together.
I’ll share my personal experience even, my own home. in a very wealthy historical neighborhood. the last three owners were
- a famous actor from the 1940s
- a specialist cancer doctor
- a general
all wealthy and highly educated people.
there was a leak in the roof, that was growing mold in the walls from the 3rd floor to the basement. it was flooding the basement. When I found it, I immediately started tearing the wall down. on that corner of the wall I found 3 layers of wall paper, and dozens DOZENS of layers of paint.
in almost 70 years, not one owner until I came along fixed the issue.
you know what the issue was?
the downspout was too small. the backup caused the trough gutters to overfill and spill under the slate roof and into the wall.
don’t get me wrong, I love my home. it’s over 100 years old, but rich fucks don’t know how to take care of anything but their money.
