That will never happen. Never ever. It seams that people forget that there was “before Trump” time. It didn’t matter whether a Democrat or Republican was in power, Americans came together when needed to bomb everyone they like, arm Israel to commit genocide, interfered in the elections of many countries.
Good to start with no aid, then we need to bomb the shit out of them until they agree to stop murdering and oppressing innocents. The world doesnt like nazis.

I have voted in every election for decades. The only one where I actually caucused and actively promoted was in 2016. For him.
Declare AIPAC a foreign agent just like their predecessor, then arrest and imprison all of their employees for aiding and abetting a terrorist organization.

This should have been the opening. Bernie shouldn’t have to spend 3 paragraphs proving his bona fides; preemptively defend vacuous accusations of bigotry; and acknowledge that Hamas are assholes, just to begin to list Israel’s crimes.
After that opening, Bernie really cooks. I just feel like preemptive apologetics cedes too much ground to bad-faith actors.
He can write it however he wants. You can write your own version that skips whatever you don’t like.
It’s to get people like you to be genocide apologists. “Well, Hamas burned down the Reichstag building. What was Israel supposed to do?” To make people sympathetic. Unless Bernie comes out and condemns the IDF for the Hannibal Directive(which will at the very least cause his wife, and love of his life, to be imprisoned), nothing will come of it.

I’d have to get back to you on that one when I feel like looking up the specifics. But it is in relation to a real example, or at least why people assume he changed his mind on something. Think the IRS threatened his wife over something, unless Bernie changed his mind(votes or words). Maybe someone can chima in to what it was that remembers the specifics :/

I know, but it’s still notable a US Senator has come out and clearly articulated the argument, so credit where it’s due.
While he deserves credit for finally coming out with it, it is incredibly frustrating that it took him this long.

I mean best people who are also politicians. Arguably Trump is the best politician, because despite openly being an absolute trainwreck of a human being he somehow has had power twice.
Because people are that ignorant to allow it to happen. Anyone can point their finger to what they think got Trump in office twice.
Bottom line is - We allowed it to happen.
