Made this as a celebratory dinner one night for my wife. The ricotta gnocchi comes together so quickly but feels so impressive, and any time I include a ribeye she’s happy haha.

    I’ve been looking at my sage bush and thinking I should make gnocchi or tagliatelle and brown butter. I found a steak in the freezer today. The asparagus needs trimmed. Maybe I should copy your meal but with yard clippings.

      Sounds amazing! Things taste a little better when they come from your own yard. And finding steaks in the freezer is always a great surprise.
