Chip’s challenge, without a doubt
I had one of the entertainment packs. I since downloaded it again but I’m not sure where it is located now. Oh well, maybe I’ll download all of them and see when I have time for them.
Klotski, rodent’s revenge, cruel.
No bang bang, alien force, hoyle?
What is that character in a few of the icons? Particularly Golf and Cruel. I remember wondering back then too.
Those are a deck of cards halfway put of the box.
Ohhh I see it properly now! I thought a deck of cards maybe, but there red icons on the card always looks like eyes to me. The blue part also looks like a wide open mouth.
Pegged
The Internet has ruined me.
Wow! I had completely forgotten about Rodent’s Revenge. I looked up game play and I remember playing those first couple of levels and how terrible I was at it. This guys review really resonates with me.
SkiFree updated to run on 64-bit systems and in Wine
Chip’s Challenge and Chip’s Challenge 2 are both available on Steam
I loved chip’s challenge!

These were on other people’s Windows computer but never ours.
If I wanted to play JezzBall, I had to walk to the other side of the neighborhood.
I think if you had the same OS, you could’ve just followed the shortcuts and copied the games. Usually games were installed in
C:\Program Files\.No, believe me I checked (multiple times).
My parent were frugal and bought the computer that didn’t come with the Entertainment Packs preinstalled.
Edit: Didn’t think to pirate software when I was eight or nine years old, no.
Oh… I meant copy it from your friend’s computer using a disk or a CD if they had a burner.
Yeah but these were self-contained and small enough to fit on a floppy disk. You definitely could have just copied them.
Not sure where your folks were getting your computers from but this was frequently a “free” pack in during the package deal days
❤️❤️❤️ that is a screen that would have put a tremendous smile on my face back in the day. Hell, it perked me up quite a bit just now, lol
BUMMER
I wonder what the ‘pegged’ is
Kinda like Chinese checkers iirc
Yep except it’s single-player and the point is to erase all but one of the pieces by jumping over them with other pieces.
I was going to make a joke about how that doesn’t sound child friendly, and about how people would sometimes hide their porn in a folder named innocuously
C:/Innocously/
Go Figure!
