The story for decades now has been that he gets McDonald’s all the time because he thinks getting random drive thru meals means he can’t be poisoned. Probably delivered somewhere else. Then secret service hussled this poor woman into suv and force this whole awkward situation on her. But the whole performance was staged. He never get door dash delivered to him.
