I assume not. Most of the carbon is emitted at production of the hardware and building the other infastructure. This is how that personal carbon footprint does too - it counts things the consumer cant control like electricity, shipping, etc. of food they eat.
On a more serious note, is there any size data center that burning it down would put more carbon into the atmosphere than running it?
