I think it’s partly because I speak a language that uses diacritics like a huge chunk of the languages here in Urop, so I tend to try to use them “correctly”; o isn’t the same as ò.
Not dunking on anyone who doesn’t do this though, this is just my autistic ass being autistic 😅

I make these wraps sometimes, but I’ll have to try a version with salad mix, and without noodles.
As I recall it was longaniza, cucumber, and carrots.
Just lettuce? No pork or shrimp? Some have noodles in them too.

What is the dip?
Looks like fish sauce. Smell can be overpowering, but the taste is great.
