I used to walk up to a user’s desk, stand tall and say, “What is the nature of your IT emergency? Oh, it’s you again. What now?”
(They’d laugh. I never purposefully made my users feel stupid. I have to state this because otherwise someone will come along and say I’m an asshole and a bully.)
