Why are you calling out chicken nuggets?! Chicken nuggets are gods gift to those of us too tired to cook after work some nights. And they’re just mainly chicken and water and breading. Soda is straight poison, I will agree with you wholeheartedly there.
I recently talked to a friend about how chicken nuggets have been weirdly demonized as being particularly worse than other processed foods and apparently the YouTube channel Folding Ideas made a video about how Jamie Oliver basically singlehandedly implanted the idea into so many people’s heads because he personally thought they were gross.
