That’s the one. I learned about it in basic training. It’s why troops aren’t supposed to wear their uniforms to political events.

Weather.gov has an apolitical message which links to commerce.gov/news/blog with the most recent blog post calling it a “democrat-led shutdown” (but at least that’s in the body of the blog post rather than the headline and not a big popup containing a partisan message)

I often imagine the people who actually believe this and live in the manufactured reality bubble where fascism seems perfectly fine. It would require a substantial amount of personal strength to break free from it and accept the actual reality.
