So Steam gets to keep your money until you reach $100. What if you never hit $100? That’s kinda fucked up.

It’s a ridiculous rule, Amazon does that for books too. I’m sure others do as well. They’ll accept payment for 99 cents, but won’t pay you if they owe you.

Google Adsense does it too.
