Best I can think of is a Latino soccer store, where they might have a selection of national team shirts.

AFAIK Venezuela is not a popular national team, so call first.

Good news for you, there are 2 in the Mission on the same block, same side of the street:

SF Soccer 2659 Mission St (no phone on google)

    Elite Sports 2637 Mission St · (415) 648-6007

    One in South SF

Solo Soccer Shop 238 Grand Ave, South San Francisco, CA · (650) 872-6716

There are two Venezuelan restaurants in the Mission that are within 1 block of each other, which may indicate a mini-Venezuelan enclave. There might be retail stores in that area with some Venezuelan stuff.

Or you can call the likely-Venezuelan staff at the restaurants, and ask for help in your quest.

    The two restaurants are:

    Arepas Latin Cuisine - San Francisco 3198 16th St (415) 963-4535

Pica Pica Arepa Kitchen 401 Valencia St (415) 400-5453

    Good luck!

Thank you. I will call the sports shop. I could call the restaurants, but I will be on the lookout for guys wearing Venezuela colors or USA merch first.

Update: I got a USA shirt for $6 at Home Bargain across the street from the soccer shops. I walked into multiple stores and no one had anything Venezuela related. One of the soccer stores had a USA shirt but it was $55.

USA lost today. I wore the shirt. I will wear the shirt for 4th of July maybe.

The Venezuelan baseball team had a famous victory over the US last night in the World Baseball Classic too.

I was enjoying corned beef and cabbage in Harry’s Hofbrau down in Redwood City, when I heard a collective “Ooooh” from the bar area.

I suspect if you’d had a little more time, Venezuela shirts would start popping up here and there.
