I’d like to talk about this for a minute. Y’see, I realized this myself, some years ago. And if the best part of the burger is the pickle, why am I eating a burger at all? Why don’t I just eat a sandwich stuffed with cheese and onions and pickles and lettuce and condiments?
So that’s what I do now, and I’m happier for it.

Fry sauce! I add hot sauce to mine. Popularized in the American Midwest but you can make it anywhere.
I’d dispute only the garlic, IMO the best part is the crunchy, buttery, garlicky crust of the bread at the bottom. The rest is negligible.
