President Donald Trump says the U.S. Navy will immediately start a blockade to stop ships from entering or leaving the Strait of Hormuz.

The president added that he has “instructed our Navy to seek and interdict every vessel in International Waters that has paid a toll to Iran. No one who pays an illegal toll will have safe passage on the high seas.”

      When I said somewhat smart the emphasis was on somewhat, and I meant, the least dumb option that he was likely to take (am not counting just exiting, cause he is who he is)
