I wanted to go all in on Obsidian, but in the end I went with “Upnote” which has an easy UI and a lifetime price. (No monthly fees). It’s like a mix of Evernote and OneNote. The Slash commands are so cool too.

I recently tried UpNote which is pretty cross platform.

Maybe give that a try and if you like it, they have a lifetime license.

This is so good. I’ve never felt at home with Sync or Jerboa. But Boost feels very right and I can enjoy reading subreddits/communities on my mobile again.

May I ask what launcher you moved on to?

Can’t say for sure but I know the ad blocker in Brave is built in rust which should give better performance than standard extensions.

Now that Boost no longer works, I have no reason to go to Reddit. Lemmy all the way at this point.

Same here! I’m always surprised by people now refusing to consider the idea, just wanting one universal company/service. It’s like they can make room for email in their understanding, but can’t do that again today. 🤷‍♀️
