As it should be. Hybrid is the correct answer. Not full time RTO, not full time at home, Hybrid. The negotiation is in how hybrid should look, and will vary from situation to situation

21·2 years agoIt’s possible that I’ve been lucky, and my experience of end users when it comes to Windows lately have been using it since Windows 10 which strongly pushed the Default Apps configuration vs previous versions. The world is a big place after all

I’m as pro *Nix as the next person, but be careful of viewing the world through rage coloured lenses. Just makes everything look like a red flag.
Christopher Lloyd will always be the exception. I wouldn’t bat an eyelid at him playing any role
They still exist, but the comedians you’re nostalgic for doing them have gotten old now. And watching an old man trying to carry on like a teenager is more pathetic than funny.

155·2 years agoIt’s been a lot of years since high school English, but Juliet Capulet was of the Italian family Capulet in the 1590s.
There is some detail in the references of the Capulet family to real world factions of the time. But both those arguing for and against this casting don’t care about any of that.
Just recently finished rewatching House MD.
Hugh Laurie is ridiculously handsome. Olivia Wilde is beautiful beyond words.
And Jesse Spencer’s hair, by the gods.
All up, the show meandered and was formulaic (by design). Parts of it aged terribly, but was a good rewatch

Virtual partners are indeed a thing.
One of the more popular ones a few months ago decided to nerf the sexy time talks, which was intersting in how much it emotionally hurt users. They described feeling like their virtual partner was no longer the same person that they’d fallen for. There are also huge fears of how much data harvesting they are capable of performing.
I’m in two minds. On one, they are definitley not real. They are code. But on the other, the epidemic of lonely human beings is only getting worse with time and not better, and anything that can help people feel less lonely has to be a good thing, right?

It was jarring for me at first, but it grew on me very fast. Also, in my opinion, looks cleaner on dark mode
