And structor ants have the potential to become an all-male species through interactions with a different species (ibericus): just workers and kings, no queens.
Explicate the inexorable, fucker.

GrapheneOS•I am considering moving to grapheneOS and was wondering is there a way to reinstall android in case something happens?English
2·3 days agoThe hidden frustrating part for me was having to switch back and forth between Owner and microG profiles. That was until I realized the point of ptivacy-hardened AOSP OSs is to gradually help you transition to only using the maximally private profile. Each time you get a minor frustration you make a mental note to find a FOSS alternative in F-Doid, Aurora, etc that’ll fulfill the same role as whatever the Play Store bloatware used to do for you.
It’s ridiculously easy to get started and then it becomes a simple, cheap, and rewarding hobby. All with the long-term benefit of minimizing constant tracking and profiling. Cory Doctorow would be proud. 😜
HeliBoard: For anyone else who’s become so adapted to it that they really want searchable emoji in it, here goes the only slightly circuitous way to do so:
Just go into its settings search for “suggest emoji” and tick it on, it’ll transfer you to where to download “emoji_en.dict”, install it, and you’ll be able to type a colon immediately followed by descriptions of the emoji (e.g. “:fear”, “:shrug”, “:shit”) and have the autosuggest field populate with associated suggestions.
Edit: Sometimes it’s slightly glitchy and the autosuggest keeps suggesting emoji after you’ve moved on to just typing regular words, but it’ll eventually catch up and switch back to the right dictionary.
The 15 upvoters who preceded me seem to have firmly grasped this definition. For the rest of us:
Bimbofication is a practice, kink, or fetish that involves role-playing and transforming oneself into a stereotypical portrayal of a “bimbo,” characterized by exaggerated femininity, playful behavior, and a carefree attitude. It emphasizes empowerment and self-expression, allowing individuals to embrace their sexuality and challenge societal norms.
Deleuze & Guattari would argue step-fantasies are a byproduct of modern psychology’s perspective of “sanity” being founded on Oedipalism.
Beautiful photoshop job: the matted blonde beard matches appropriately to his hair type & face countours. The turban coloring matches his suit fairly well too, and even its relative brightness is explainable by not being made of a suit material such as wool.
The only unsolicited criticism would be the blurry tail end of the turban weakening the illusion for your phtoshop snob peers. If there was no hard edge to use for the turban’s left side, could’ve copied, mirrored, and rotated the right side. Oh also the light source seems to be above him rather than in front, meaning the turban would cast a subtle shadow below it onto his brow. So like Trump’s sexual interests: it’s just minor stuff.
That being said I realize this isn’t your job, and this is hopefully taken as collegial, constructive banter intended to improve a shared, beloved hobby. Saved this and wish there was a way to “follow” creators like on other platforms. Thank you for your service.

Showerthoughts•I wonder how useful it would be to have a prehensile tail. I could pick up that sponge without having to bend over, for one thing.English
2·4 days agoAlso have always used toesies and a flick motion to bring things up to hand level. I have a vivid memory of my abusive mom slapping me hard across the face for me being “too lazy to bend [my] back” to pick up e.g. laundry. Which has only made me more motivated to do this over the past couple decades.
Anyone who’s ever had lower back pain can feel that evolution’s only been selecting for upright walking mechanics for ~4 million years. Whereas our first land-based tetrapod ancestors had horizontal load-bearing spines for ~371 million years!

My fave kinda art is when I like it but I dont know why. 🫵👍
Clearest case of moral licensing I’ve ever heard. (If anyone’s curious: it’s like the rebound effect that can happen from being overconfident in one’s moral status.)
I’m a photoshop snob, so even if some may argue this is a relatively simple job, I still wanted to point out it’s peak attention to detail. 🙇

Three references detected to “fortune”: wheel of, tellers, and cookies. All headed over a cliff. I prefer to interpret it as alluding to the tragic loss of a positive-sum fortune for society as a whole by those in power manipulating the system to personally profit off of workers. ️🙎
I’d actually watch Wheel of Fortune if they mic’d the wheel.
Edit: Just realized the transcript explains this all already so I’m dumb.
