    e.g. blind

Why? Is looking at the damn thing before you pay money on manufacturing that hard?

This baffles me about vibe coders too. You’re already saving a lot of time just look at the damn code and see if there’s any glaring mistakes.

Why are we treating AI assistance like it’s all or nothing? Why can’t we just have it help a little and still use our own skills?

Someone IRL asks my opinion on some politicical issue, I pretend to not be in the know to get them to drop it, and they take it upon themselves to “educate” me on it.

Last time this happened was about recent trends in Indian immigration to Canada. You can probably guess which side they were on. Also, they’re an immigrant and so am I.

  • On certain vehicles, the wiring for the third-row left-hand (driver’s side) seat belt buckle could become damaged when the buckle is pulled. As a result, the seat belt status indicator in the instrument panel may incorrectly show that a seat belt is buckled when it’s not.

Honestly how did they design it such that a damaged (I assume disconnected?) connection can falsely register as a valid signal in a safety critical system? Betting it’s a cost thing.

    Also thanks for posting this
