I don’t get it?
Instead of it being a “gotcha”, like is usual for the format, it’s pointing out the hypocrisy of calling others sensitive while getting upset about something like hair color.
Blue hair is one of the rights stereotypical “woke” traits. Hell, at this point I think any unnatural hair colour is included in that list.
Except for platinum blonde of course.

“Woke bad” kinda mentality would be my first reaction due to their association of unnatural coloured died hair and “woke liberals” you’ll see whenever you see one of there memes from maybe the late 2010s, maybe early 20s.
Not sure if they still do the unnaturally coloured hair woke liberal stereotype anymore, but at one point it felt like a common enough that you’d occasionally see it in cringe “woke bad” memes.
I figured it out after I posted it. Usually the second panel is a “gotcha”, which threw me off.
They definitely still do. They don’t know how to do new jokes.
