My friend lives in the Netherlands, and we don’t see each other very often. It’s for a big birthday celebration for myself so it’s a bit of a one off trip, I’ve always wanted to go to Berlin. I think my last trip away was possibly 10 years ago!

I’d love to use trains, but they’re so much slower and way more expensive. A return journey cuts into some very precious, limited time off.

I’m going to Berlin soon and I checked out the rail option first, it it’s just unfeasible.

Trust me, we think this looks terrible.

It’s not news, but the Daily Mail is a hugely anti EU rag and it’s readers are (were?) big Brexiteers, so 48% could be seen as very positive given the audience.

It doesn’t mention anything about price gouging though, only that global fuel prices have gone up.

They’re wanting the government to cut the fuel duty to help with the costs. At least that’s what I’ve read of Irish based communities.

Has the Irish government done something specifically to make the fuel-price increases worse? It’s not clear to me from the article what exactly they want.

There’s an incredible documentary on YouTube about Project Mercury, I’d highly recommend watching it you’re into the development of the US Space programme. It’s over 2 hours 30mins, but it’s so well put together.

Why wouldn’t Israel have a free spy plane fly for them?

I’m sure Israel can spare a single drone to fly over Lebanon, they don’t need to use anyone else to do that for them.

That and breaking into a military base and damaing hardware.

The UK has been criticising Israel for attacking Lebanon though.

Like I said, if Israel wanted recon they can just use their own drones. Seems like people are jumping to the conclusion that we’re gathering intel for Israel rather than collecting our own Intel to get an idea of what’s going on.

Israel would use their own drones. Why use the RAF? Seems more likely it’s the UK gathering intel on what Israel is doing.

The reason for doing so is that we have already met and exceeded all Military objectives

It’s likely that most acts decent enough to headline are already fully booked for the summer.

International law is totally meaningless unless there’s people actually enforcing it.
