
I am a theoretical physicist working in quantum information science.
I am a Junior Professor Chair at Inria Saclay and the Head of the Inria project team PhIQuS. I am affiliated with the Center for Theoretical Physics (CPHT) and the Computer Science Laboratory (LIX) at École Polytechnique.
PhIQuS is a research group of approximately 20 members working at the intersection of Physics, Information Theory, and Quantum Simulation. As team leader, I directly supervise six PhD students and four postdoctoral researchers. I co-created PhIQuS with Titouan Carette and Filippo Vicentini.
I am the Principal Investigator of the ERC Starting Grant QINF and lead or participate in several national and international research projects, including the QuantERA COMPUTE consortium, which I coordinate. More information is available on my Projects page.
My research interests include quantum correlations, quantum networks, distributed quantum computing, device-independent quantum information processing, C*-algebras, and noncommutative polynomial optimization applied to quantum mechanics.

Previously:
– From 2020 to January 2023, I was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow and an Early Postdoc.Mobility Fellow at ICFO in Barcelona, in the Quantum Information Theory group led by Antonio Acín.
– In 2022, I spent an extended research visit at ETH Zürich in the Quantum Information Theory group led by Renato Renner.
– From 2015 to 2019, I completed my PhD at the University of Geneva under the supervision of Nicolas Gisin.
