I build software runtimes, storage tools, and web services.

I am Mahdi Mirzadeh, an independent software developer from Iran. I mostly work on a small number of long-term projects in Rust, TypeScript, shell, and web technologies. This site focuses on the projects that best represent my professional work.

Main projects

• Mehrnet - a hosting website and related internal tools for billing, service management, and customer workflows.
• MXA / Modixa - a DSL and runtime for building bots and apps that can run across platforms such as Telegram and Discord.
• YHub - a Rust-based file hosting and sync system where directories and archives share the same format and permission model.
• Zal - a multi-process runtime for running HTML/CSS/JS applications as native desktop apps, with theming and accessibility in mind.

Technical background

Outside of those projects, I spend time on Linux and BSD systems, shell scripting, software patching, and small self-hosted tools. That work is mostly where I experiment and learn. The projects above are the ones I treat as my main public work.
